    Yesterday I did 8 X 800's on the CLC track at a 6 min/mile pace and did a 3 min recovery interval in between...for warmup I ran there and for cooldown I did a slow jog back home!!

      The football field must be done? Last time I ran around our old stomping ground (I think the same desks are there we used) the field was all tore up for a new track ect.
