Ashtanga Vinyasa is a series of poses. Even after taking this class numerous times, I did not realize this until now. AV really helps with balance and felx. When I got into the class the dude next to me was talking alot, then right before we start, he ripps of his shirt like we are in bikram. I started laughing.. because no one has went shirtless in all the classes I have taken in that studio. Shirts stay on. Rule #839.
