This was my first Pilate's class ever. Learned alot! It was hard! I didn't know what I was doing, but met a nice gal Dale who seemed to be a novice, and helped me through the class by looking over and telling me what to do! hehe. I took my friend Matt along with me who I think really liked it! We had a sub, she was really good too! Just another piece to the puzzle, cheers!


Drew, were you doing mat Pilates or a reformer class (on a machine)?

Hi Tanya, I was doing it on a mat with a round circular thing! Are you a fan?? .lol. and by novice I meant.. versed..(eiiiii>>?!_)

I enjoy Pilates and have done mat as well as reformer style. Mat workouts can *really* challenge the core. :)
