      I've been focusing on landing on my midsole too. I find that my running is more fluid and i also don't get sore knees running this way. Got myself a pair of Vibrams a couple weeks ago, slowly breaking my feet in so i can run in them ALL the time!

      I go to Shanti Yoga Studio in Edison Park when I can get to a class, mostly because it's nearby. I suspect there are better studios in the city. I'm really liking Polly Liontis' Saturday class there, though.
