    treadmill run..yuck. But it was a nice short distance one! I feel that this week will be a great work out week, and hopefully get me back on track.

    I stopped only for 5 seconds! But this is pretty good considering I haven't ran in 2+ weeks! Very chilly, but was prepared! I'm trying to break my time into the 30s! I can do this!

    5ish minutes shorter than normal! I'm getting there baby!! I'm trying to shoot for 30 minutes to move on to a 10k! It was very cold (in the 30s)... but it was the best run i've had!
