    Double cramps struck around mile 1 and they didn't go away. It would've been an amazing run had the cramps not happened since everything else felt great but this was still my fastest 4 mile.

    I couldn't finish my 3 mile run. They set up a tree cutting truck and station as I finished my 2nd loop which blocked my way. I hated this run so much. I hate running downtown.

    10K program called for 50 minutes of cross training. Level 12/20 and I was pouring sweat through this. Afterward I tried out rowing for 10 minutes to make it an even hour of cardio for today. :D
