    Ok. Maybe going through the basics is just too slow, maybe because I've dabbled in yoga before or maybe the new trainer is just not my style. But I've got to stick with it regardless.

    After a week off I can definitely feel it. Not as fond of this instructor but overall it was cool.

    Over all it was good. I sweat more than expected. And I held the backbend for like 5 seconds lol

    Today was Vinyasa yoga. A lil tougher than yesterday. Really gotta plan my mornings out better so I can be on top of this. :)

    I felt pretty good over all this morning. I took off a lil too fast in the beginning (darn sprinting tendencies) and had to slow down at points but I finished and it was good.

    Wow I'm a little out of shape. I haven't been on a track since about mid-summer. It felt good to get back out there. I'm gonna keep it up :)

    This was a class at the health center 1/2 step aerobics, 1/2 strength training with free weights.

    Today we had 3 regulars and a new walker with us. Our new walker did 3.4 miles which was great for her first time. She had to slow down and stop a little but she did well.
