Tuesday boxing workout 01:30

did coach Kurt's boxing class again and had a blast, got smoked this time which is what I want in my workouts, we did lots military exercises since Kurt is a military man like me but he has been out for a few years did lots of cardio cone exercises, two kind of step exercises, a jumping on a box exercise, the big tire steps exercise, lots and lots of squats, and bunch of other exercises who name I couldn't remember, and we did some boxing, at the end we did some abs work after class I hit the treadmill for 12 minutes to get my step count up for the day
