great Tuesday boxing workout 01:30

another boxing bootcamp class now offered at the gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays taught by coach Curt who is also a boxer, we did some cardio to warm up, then some boxing doing a one two punch combination then more cardio with the box steps exercise and big tire exercise introduced, then we did more boxing on the punching bags hitting for speed then hitting for power while we were timed we rotated back and forth, then we finished up with some abs work which made for a great workout
