great Monday boxing workout 01:30

got to the gym and did my abs work before Monday's boxing bootcamp, had a nice group for bootcamp tonight, started out on the punching bag, then coach Walter had me doing the box steps exercise, then it was my turn to box with Walter and I wasn't as sharp as I've been lately I messed up quite a few of the punch combinations Walter wanted me to throw, then I rotated to doing the big tire steps exercise and the punching bags and the box steps exercise boxing with Walter etc.Finally on my last set I finally did all the punch combinations correctly that Walter called for way to end the workout
