So. I really didn't WANT to get on the mill this evening after putting the girls to bed. All I really wanted was to sit down and have a beer. However, I forced myself down to the basement and about 0.5 miles in, I started really feeling it. I did three 10 minute intervals during which I increased the speed by 0.2 mph each minute. with a 1 minute walking recovery between them. Interval 1 was 6.0-7.8 mph, 2 was 6.2-8.0 mph, and number 3 was 6.4-8.2 mph. Followed by a 5 minute cool-down that put me at 4 miles total...
