    stupid knee. I had to walk both up and down some of the inclines today. I'll have to adapt tomorrow and use the Bugline. I think I need flat right now.

      Nice long run, Doug. BTW there's a company that makes a patch that you stick on your hat and collects the pesky deer flies like kids collect candy at Halloween. I bought some and love 'em.

      I forgot my deerfly hat. I pin dryer sheets and apparently they hate the smell or the charge or something. I'll look for Steve's patch thing though.
