    As good as the run last week was this one was bad. Ran along Galveston seawall and it was a damp mist embedded in a stiff cross wind. Felt like I was working a lot harder than I actually was.

    Straight 1500 ish yard swim. I say 1500 but it could have easily been 1550 or 1450. Anything over 1 lap and I will lose count. :=( Felt good though
