Brick Run #2 for the day

Extremely hot and humid at 12:30 today... even after getting out of the pool. But felt the need to brick... if for no other reason, just to prove to myself that I could do it. In retrospect, one of the most incredible days ever... 2 brick workouts, incredible breakfast courtesy of my soul-mate (complete w/ vitamins), great friends, no red lights... life is good!!
