Not entirely sure the distance or time is accurate; I forgot to hit RESUME on my RunKeeper before leaving the MMS parking lot on leg 2 of this run... but it appears to be is pretty close. Great run this morning with Roxy W. John N. Mike N. and others. Weather was soooo nice, beautiful sunrise!! Learned a lot about minimalist running footwear, sleep apnea, and planning for future triathlon events. Thanks, y'all, for filling my cup this morning!!

    Naw, my numbers must be off... I think the adjustment to my time and distance blew up my pace. I think my time was more like 1:26... I'll make the adjustment (ball-parking some of the numbers).
