New course. Like it a lot. Good run all in all, especially considering my last of mileage and long runs. That did hurt me about mile 12. Last couple were tough. Also start to cramp in my calves at 9, which I've never done before. Only a side stitch stopped me though. The Calves held out.


Good job in getting through the hurdles and toughing it out to the finish!
