Lost Bridge Trail Cycling 12 Miles 12 mi 00:45 16.0mph pace

Crash story: at the turn around point, I went out in the intersection and hit some gravel, bike came out from under me and I tumbled, that was not bad, but half way back a deer crossed in front of me, but I looked back at where it came from, and when I looked back at the trail I was going off of the trail, so I rode the shoulder in the grass, but immediately tried to get back on and those smooth bike tires did not grab onto the "hump", (A mountain bike would have) and I flipped the bike at 15/16mph, slid but did not tumble and got a lot of road rash, ruined the garmin,(scraped part of the bezel off), but that saved my wrist, I'm Ok but it could have been much worse. Moral of the story, keep my eyes on the road! If you ever go off, stay on the grass shoulder. Keep up the great workouts!

Oh no!! Glad to hear you are ok. My brother took a tumble on his bike a while back and needed pins in his arm to help heal all the broken bones! I'm glad you aren't hurt!!!
