    Elliptical and weights, after spending 2 months working on the house I'm back to the gym again. I did lose weight working on the house, about 10 pounds.

      good first steps back in... first runs back after a break either go really well because your rested, or you feel like your dragging a couple of sacks of potatoes with you, glad you got the former.

    Not bad, the run was a piece of cake, and the swim felt like a great workout!! For not feeling like doing a damn thing today I didn't do too bad.

    1st mile was great, I broke the 10 min barrier! 2nd mile was mostly walking as it was in direct sun and it was too hot out, still dripping wet!

      nice one Doug, I cant help wondering though if youd get more out of the run if youd dialed back the pace in that first mile and been able to run for longer... trying to push the pace in the heat is really tough and takes it out of you really fast.

      Nice! We're finally getting summer here and it's been hard to run in the heat (even if it's dry). Funny, I few months ago I was complaining about the cold. I guess I'm never happy. : ) Great job on breaking 10 minutes!

    Not bad considering it was 915am 83 and high humidity, walked a lot near the end. First mile was a piece of cake though.
