Met with Suzie and Theresa for some "speed work" at the model home village. Mile warm up, then 800x4, then a nice cool down to round out 5miles. No pressure but nice to push a bit.

hey dorothy - re-read mia's and my reports. our 3ks were totally bleh, which has always been the case for me. if i look back to previous marathons, this workout has always been weirdly hard and i have always been tired. sucky 3k = great marathon!
