Well with the temps down below freezing and with some snow/slush still around I took my speed session to the TM !!! Workout called for 6-8 X 1000 with 2:30 recovery!!! So I did 1.5 mi wrmup changed into a different pair of shoes I've been wanting to try out( sketchers --- didn't like ) then set TM up for Workout and away I went!!! I set the speed pace @ 5:39 let me tell you that's a sweaty pace!!!! Got to #3 and I really really wanted to stop but new that wouldn't do so did 4 more I mean heck workout called for 6-8 7 is in the 6-8 area right? Did them all @ the 5:39/mi pace then on # 7 when I got to .25 to go I dropped it down to 5:30/mi and finished it at that!!!! Did a kewl down then crawled to my truck !!!!!

    so you take that 30 minute time limit on the TMs pretty serious huh? you run 10 miles, you just do it really fast? that works.

    @Mark people think I'm crazy period!!! @Chuck I should have but I wanted to get this work in on good footing!!! @ Shauna lol at my gym there is no 30 min limit !!! I'm pretty friendly with owners and they kinda let me have free reign of a TM !!!!!!
