Ok I like to do my speed work on the TM because Its EASY AND NOT REAL RUNNING---- so off to the easy running I went---- workout called for 5-6 mi @ a made up on my own pace(wanted to make body and mind work past a certain pain/mental threshold) !!!! Decided on 5:39 to start and if I didn't DIE I'd drop it down!!! Well the first one nearly did me in wanted to stop after it but I continued !!! Decided on 3 after first one got to 3 said 1 more did it and pushed myself thru the 5th one UGHHHHHHHH!!!!!! These were not FUN at all----- I should have saved these for Thursday with Chuck!!!!!!! Lol

    Meh, running is running! Doesn't matter where it is done. Personally, I am slower on the mill. Nice work!
