Went over and Did The MONSTER Hill workout with Chuck S in his neck of the woods!!! We found a nice "Little Hill" to work on!!!! This workout consists of 2X10X200-300m with a 5 min rec between the 2 sets and the downhill as rec between the reps!!! Chuck LOVED it he wanted to do more but I just couldn't handle anymore!!! Was good to have a running mate on a workout like this!!!! Thanks for running this one with me Chuck!!!!
