Ok well todays work was named "Michigan"!!!!! Could have been called many other things but this is a pg site sooooooooo!!!! Work was ---- 1600---2k----1200----2k-----800---2k----400 with intervals ran at 5k pace to start and work down and 2k's down at 1/2 mar pace!!!! Coach says " Hopefully you get some recovery on the 2k's" HA ummmmm if i could run my 1/2 mar pace as recovery I'd be way faster!!! Not Way Older!!! But I somehow managed this workout with a bit more recovery!!!! I did the intervals @ 5:52/mile for 1600 & 1200 5:35/mi for 800 and 5:20/mi for 400 and the 2k's @ 6:15 down to 6:10 for last 2!!! Whole lot of sweating with this workout!!!!!
