Part #2 The Beast !!!!! Mark W. Remember this one? Workout called for 2 X 10 200-300 m hills with a 5 min Rec between!!! Well I'd done this workout before this past summer and I didn't much like it then and I didn't much like it tonight either !!!!! lol Legs were Feeling tired on my first run this morning so I was really looking for excuses to get out of this workout and I almost took Lori T. up on her Taco Tuesday offer but I decided to forgo the Taco's and munch on some HILLS!!!! Went out the Door with the mindset that I'd do as many of the First set as I could and then rest then as many as I could for second set------ well I'm SADISTIC so I did 10 & 10 !!!!!! and the legs are still out there on the hills I crawled back to the house and heading for a warm relaxing HOT Shower!!!!
