Ok well this wasn't on the Schedule but I wanted to get a head start on next weeks Tempoish runs sooooooooo don't scream at me Coach Farmer!!!! Also This Prob is a bit to ummmmmm quickish for my tempo but hey we all can dream right!!!!
Well here's the work after the wrmup I got a drink did a few, very few, stretches and back on the TM for 5 miles of tempo work!!!! for some reason I started dropping the time and couldn't stop dropping lol but finally came to my senses and stopped then worked it back up to a more manageable pace lol this didn't ummmm really kill me so I'm ok with it !!!! Easy miles tomorrow and then a longer run on SDRDN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
