Went to gym to do 8 easy on Tm was told by Lori T. to Run Hard(your not the boss of me;-P) so started wrmup @ 8:06/mi for 1.5 dropped to 7:03/mi for 2 miles dropped to 6:40/mi for 1.5 dropped to 6:27/mi for 1.5 then was going to do 1.5 wrmdown @8/mi but just kept on going for a bit lol first sorta kinda tempo/progressive run for a sorta kinda build up to some sorta kinda race in the spring!!! I'm sorta Kinda thinking about being more than a Recreational kinda runner!!! ;-) Felt ok still some issues with the left calf but didn't have to stop or pull back for it just stayed off of toes/forefoot!!!!!
