Ok well it's 14deg 6mph wind feels like temp of 5 deg and did I let that stop me from running outside ---- oh hell yes I did lol after a near frozen finger excursion yesterday I took it to the TM today and ran in shorts and shortsleave shirt :-) did this one as a kinda tempoish run 2 mile wrmup 3 miles at tempo jumped off to get a drink then did 1.5 more at tempoish pace(paces were 6:30- 7:00ish) then did 1.8 wrmdwn!!! Felt pretty good!!!! Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!!! Have a great day DMers !!!!

    Smart plan! I knew I had speedwork this week so I'm saving my TM run for that tomorrow. Plus, I'll have my kids and I can't leave them alone in the house. Not if I want a house to come home to........Nice miles today!

    We'll have to talk about what you wore on your hands yesterday. My hands get so hot in my mittens that I have to take them off. That includes taking them off today. :) Great TM run though!

    I have the Manzella gloves that are the mitten over the glove too, and they are toasty-warm! In fact, I can't even wear mine unless it's below about 15 degrees, because my hands get too hot! I have a friend who has borrowed them before, and she always has trouble with her fingers being cold, and she really liked these too.
