Ok well again I got no Takers on joining me for a lil bit of speedwork I even put a disclaimer about setting up a specific pace for them???? But I must proceed without any partners lol-----
So off to the Track I went was called for & miles with 8x 300 meters at Max V.02 pace (62 sec/300) with 100 meter jog between well good thing I have some smart people helping me out cause that just looked like gibberish to me but ............. J/K so did a 2 mile wmup then a few drills and was ready for the work went as such---

4 mile cooldown and off to Starbucks for my treat!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I actually can kinda feel the work Paying off in that the cooldown pace at 7:30 felt comfy !!!! Had to make myself pull it back farther to get a true easy recovery!!!!!!!!!!!

    No wonder its difficult to find a training partner! This kind of workout will severly limit those who can actually do this level! Nice workout D!

    I'm not sure if the workout itself or the math to figure out your workout is more intimidating. Throughout school I tried to avoid science and math classes because they seemed so useless, but they are actually more and more applicable to things as I get older, but at least it's more interesting when applied to health! Great job!
