      Foam roll, ice and use IB profin. As the veteran of one partially torn and another badly strained hamstring, don't do anything using your legs for a good week unless it is easy cycling or the pool. When I ignored my hammy I had to pull out of Boston and couldn't run for three months. Sucked!

      @Mark people think I'm crazy period!!! @Chuck I should have but I wanted to get this work in on good footing!!! @ Shauna lol at my gym there is no 30 min limit !!! I'm pretty friendly with owners and they kinda let me have free reign of a TM !!!!!!
