I ran directly to the bar so I'm not sure if that made up for what I would have run in the am! I'm trying to come out for more FBR and just run whatever even though I usually run in the am. These last few weeks of close bars have been nice :-)

Get Better:
upper body workouts? I did some boxing cardio circuits when my knees were messed up. speed bag, pushups, situps, lunges, bicep curls, and military press. truly exhausting and kinda fun.
