    good Treadmill 12 km 01:31 12:14 pace

    Treadmill today because it was -3 and a very cold wind coming off the lake. Was a long 12 km on the treadmill but I did it!

    First run since last Tuesday after I injured my foot and then our whole family came down with the cold. Felt good enough to run and really enjoyed my run this morning.
