Beat our road time but was just having a rough time with this run. But I'll only get better by keeping up with running! Just wish my breathing would get better. Exercise induced asthma is not fun! But I know running is good for it and I just have to push myself little by little.

    Every so often you have to push yourself a little to see what you can do. Give it time and you will see that this pace will become easier for you. Great job.
