    Did speed work on the track. 600 and 800 repeats at 6 minute pace. 2 X 200 at 33 and 32.

    It was supposed to be a 10k, but my watch said a tenth short, but I will take it. 6 miles on the sand and in water. Calves still sore.

      That's a great loop. If I'm feeling good near the end I'll hit up the small 1 mile loop for the extra distance and climbing.
