Easy hill run from home. 1300 feet of up, and 1300 feet of down. Legs felt tired the whole time.

Felt all the beers, and the rocks on the trail. 4th overall, 1st in 50-59. Hot weather, not used to it yet.


That's a great loop. If I'm feeling good near the end I'll hit up the small 1 mile loop for the extra distance and climbing.
