Ashley A. and I took it real easy today just a mile warm up and 3 hill repeats then mile cool down... it was CRAZY hot today.. had a hard time breathing out there... good news is the calf seems to be 100% bad news is the PF is in full effect.. but that I can deal with :D So Happy Running!

I hate PF. Battled it for 15 years. Finally broke free of it when I became a minimalist. Only thing I found to be effective at ridding of it. Great run!
