    It's nice to just get out there and workout without thinking about some crazy distance. Did about a mile warm-up, five short repeats, and then ran back to the start.

    Although some people moved my mat while I was in the bathroom and didn't understand why I was annoyed, it was a great practice and I definitely needed this! I hope I can make this a habit again.

    It was nice getting back out after a week away from running. I wore KT tape on my ankle just in case. No pain and no pressure to run and that equals awesomeness :)

      Aww thanks! I am on straight chill mode for the next month or so. I was getting very close to burnout and I want to survive my next marathon in November without going crazy!
