    Went for it today to test myself, planned a 5 miler, stopwatch failed and I went the wrong way, so ended up running further! So not altogether successful but pleased with the time and pace

    Lovely day, beautiful countryside, nice steady run. What more could a man want for? Now starting my build up towards the big event in August.

      I'm about to enter a 50k trail race, the Salisbury 5-4-3-2-1. It's on August 12th, I did the marathon there two years and it is such a great course. Hard but enjoyable.

    Varied the pace, 30 mins easy then 5km hard. Puffing and blowing at the end at bit!

    After way too much food, I needed to get out for a run, found a new track, got lost, found my way again and carried on. It was great to be out again, must do it again very soon.

      Cycled yesterday but may get a quick run in later and I agree it's lovely running in the rain
