As a point of reference, our overall pace on Monday was 14:02. Tonight was 13:48 including walks. We went farther and faster, while still following the 11:00 mm run pace. The longer bonus run brought the numbers down. Expect more of the same, going forward. You're ready, even if you don't know it or believe it yet.
