    1 mile wu/cd. Felt pretty good but it was hot! Did 6X1200 with 2 minutes rest between each rep. Workout called for 3(2x1200) with 4 minutes between sets but seemed too long of a rest.

    Legs were tight but felt good overall. It was a warm day and we started early. Surfed for 2 hours after the run, which was like an ice bath because the water was so cold!

    Was a late run...around 9:30 pm. Nice night though and love running by the beach is always good! Got to surf early in the AM! The sun was out and the waves were great!

      How crazy. My friend hiked Mt. Baldy today as well! Heard it's supposed to be quite scenic.

    It was a little tough because I swam a 1000m before it and then went and did 3 reapeat miles, but overall felt really good.
