    went well need to learn how to swin 50 meters underwater. Any tips?

      build up to it slowly. exhale slowly through your nose, almost like you are still breathing. exhale a little at a time. breaststroke kick and breaststroke arms can be very effective too but at a consistent, steady pace. Can you use fins? If so, dolphin kick is the best. be wary of shallow water black out. If you feel dizzy or blur your vision, come up immediately.
