      Nice work today Trisha! It was so crazy humid I could only squeeze out 8 this morning. I have a Camelbak and it can get a bit hot sometimes.

      I've only kayaked in a class... but the experience of suddenly being underwater and multiple failures trying to do an Eskimo Roll is scary. I haven't done it in crazy current. hope the rest of the float was fun.

    Road my mountain bike from the kayaks back to the car. Pretty happy with my pace since Jake was on his roadie.

    Kayaked with Jake, had a blast until the river met up with caesar creek river and the water got really cold! Only fell out once haha
