    Calf tear much improved after first 2 weeks, then styayed the same..... is not better, not worse. Just there. Week 5. I am taking it frustratingly slow, but I do not want to start back at square one.

    Felt ok....mild discomfort, worse towards end so stopped. Grateful to be doing ANYthing. 3 weeks into a 4 to 6 week should heal......

    Went super slow. My gastroc tear is slowly healing. I was just glad to get through it. 2 weeks of nothing was getting me down.
