    Felt totally zapped the last kilometre. Been feeling tired this week. Body may be fighting something. Kids have been ill.

    Of all the tv channels the Asian Food Network was on displaying juicy steaks and creamy deserts making my stomach growl. Making it worse is the fact I'm on a strict diet these next few weeks :-(

    Ran a leisurely first 10k in 71minutes and pushed the pace to a mildly uncomfortable pace for the final 5k. Felt good working out the quads on those hills today and with good company.

      Thanks Jimmy :) I surprised myself on Sunday. I had thought most of my fitness would have been lost with a disastrous 3 months. Just glad that some base fitness is left to work with. Cheers!
