    Finally!

    I roughly timed my last solid 500 - about 9 min. Heh. Oh well, I guess it's time for a stretch goal! :)

    I meant to go 1400 today, but intervals are hard! As is adding up...

    First 500m were especially tough, but then I fell into a rhythm.

    Maybe it was ambitious to move up a workout while wearing my new rash vest. Talk about drag!

    At least thunderstorm waited until the afternoon. Gotta love Sydney spring - it was 30C at midday!

      sweet! O.k., how long is the pool? I suck at this swimming stuff you know ;) Like, how many laps did you do? (is it the same size as the WWU pool or the B'ham pool?

      This pool is a long course pool, which means it's twice as long as AHAC/the WWU pool! It's the same length they use for the Olympics. So each length is 50 meters, which means to get to 1100 I swam 22 lengths of the pool.

      Oh yeah, I meant to mention that I did an eggbeater tower in there too. So, for posterity... I did. 10 sec intervals.
