Ouch! My knee and lower legs are in pain and I cramped up big time afterwards but I feel great otherwise! I really think I could have gone faster but my legs were just not having it.

Funny thing is I feel really good. Taking time off didn't set me back very much...I feel refreshed and ready to take things up a notch.

I'm sure you'll be totally fine for race day. I'm doing Detroit's Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving-- my first 10K as well... really nervous & excited!

I certainly hope so. I'm pretty excited too, turkey and sweet potatoes should taste amazing after a 10K.
