I probably should have run outside today......smacking myself in the forehead! Went to the gym because I was planning on lifting weights but the trainer had a large class using the weights I wanted to use (how dare him). So I decided that I would jus hit the treadmill instead. Put 5 more miles it and feel good about it too! Hope you all have a great day!
