I went for the 3.5 miles knowing there'd be no physical punishment coming afterward. I felt pretty good for the first 2.4., kept my usual pace. This cough or whatever it is I have still gave me that breathing fire feeling, but ehh. The last 1.2 was a bit hellish. It took me about 10 minutes to do that mile plus. We're training to learn to deal with fatigue, so I guess I'm on the right track.
