Felt outstandingly fast today. Extremely smooth and quick footed. Buuuuuutttttt my freaking knee pain popped up a little after mile marker 1. Slowly crept in and stuck with me pretty good the rest of the run. I literally had to gut through the last half mile. I finished as hard as I could on a gimpy limb.
