3-mile warm up, 3 x 1600m @ 5k pace (not sure what my 5k pace is anymore, so I just tried to run hard given the terrain: 7:24, 7:13, 6:58), 3-mile cool down.
Truth is that I also ran my warm up & cool down a bit harder too. I have a funky scratch in my throat and I'm trying to sweat any potential cold out. Is this twisted logic?

I am a firm believer that running helps you heal faster. I have strep throat right now and I feel better this evening after I ran 6 miles than I did before I ran. Great workout!
