WAAAAA!! My planned 7-mile run turned into the 20-miler I wanted to do this weekend (and my new fastest 20-miler at that!). This was one of those runs where you can just tell during the first few miles it's going to be good one. I only had one GU on me and a small handheld of plain water, but I figured it'd make me stronger to do one long run not really fueling. I started seeing stars & slowed it down the last few miles, but otherwise this run felt unusually great. NOWWWWW... it's MFing TAPER TIME!!!!
