Have I mentioned how much I HATE the track?! This was definitely an interesting run. The warm up felt good. The 1st 3 @goal were a total struggle. The last 3 @goal were just ok. My calves are tight, tight, tight but felt so much better on the cool down.


This is impressive after a 24 miler on Sunday. Great job Dianna!

Thanks Laura! I'm a slow poke, but I'll take it! :D B, don't say snow!! Lol! :-) Double D, I'm NOT sketchy! Only 2 were sliiiiiiiiightly over gp. Probably b/c my short little legs are tired. Seems you, m'dear, are the sketchy one--- never letting the poor grasshopper rest.
